Introduction
Feature: Able to realize continuous pressing, do not need to consider the non-pressing time of the pressing circle, do not need to saw in stall. Thus the equipment can improve the product output and reduce the waste. Meanwhile the same stretch power of the puller leads the profile out of the mould straightly, protecting the profile from bending and distortion and thus improve the product qualified rate and surface condition. Pull the aluminum profile by a certain tension force, make the profile get cool at the same stretch power and thus the shape change will be reduced. Enable multiple billet metal move smoothly and single billet help enhance the speed of the slow move metal on the pressing process, and keep the metal move smoothly on the whole metal section.
Work Methods:
Two pullers are controlled by alternating current (AC) frequency conversion motor and moved towards 2 directions by chain. The profile saw is also attached on and able to position the profile receiving place and cut it accurately. Other mechanical movement was forced by hydraulic tank.
Main Function
The pressed aluminum profile is LED by the puller which protects it from changing shape and meanwhile keeps the pressing non-stopped. Double puller can lead more product output and reduce the waste, improve the qualified product rate.
