1. The furnace is periodic working by electricity, which can deal with the nitriding of extrusion die,
tools, shafts, gears and other steel parts. And the equipped fast cooling fan can effectively shorten the
nitriding time, while the composite furnace lining can keep the temperature to be the same inside.
The nitriding is processed in low vacuum condition, and the pressure is able to change
automatically, which keeps the freshness, liveness of gas from every corner, fast nitridation and same
temp. distribution inside. The furnace is with good sealing, and its waste gas is pumped by vacuum
pump into ammonia decomposition furnace to burn again (energy saving and environmental friendly).
